Westminster Pet Products and the Community
2024
BRWC
We volunteered with the Blackstone River Watershed Council (BRWC) and together, tackled knotweed and other invasive species of weeds and raked up leaves, all while enjoying the historic Blackstone River. We are so proud to have left a positive footprint on our environment and to have been able to come together and support our local community.
2023
Dare to Dream Ranch
Dare to Dream Ranch is an organization dedicated to providing holistic and alternative therapy programs for U.S. Military veterans and their families through equine therapy, woodworking, career coaching, and many more.
Together the WPP team helped repair different sections of the old rock walls on the property, cleared brush, painted the ranch's barn, and weeded the gardens which when harvested donates the food to local veterans.
2022
Smith-Appleby
The Smith-Appleby House is a historic museum in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Together the WPP team sanded and stained staircases, bridges, fences, porches, and benches, helped clear out brush, and helped to clean out the barn.
2021
Franklin Farm
The historic property Franklin Farm is the last working Dairy Farm in Cumberland whose mission is to restore, preserve, and protect the centuries old homestead and its agricultural heritage. Together the WPP team helped harvest vegetables and cleaned the gardens and paths. and helped remove the reusable components such as row markers, irrigation connectors, and tomato cages.
